When you book a therapy session, the time booked is the exact amount of time spent on the massage table.  Please note that if this is your first session you should allow 15 extra minutes to fill out necessary paperwork.

I will meet you in the massage room to go over specific areas that are currently causing you problems.  As a therapist I want to make certain that any problem you may be having will not be made worse with massage therapy.

You will then be asked to undress down to your comfort level.  Respecting your modesty is important to me, so make sure to voice any concerns before the session starts.  Please make sure to remove jewelry that may interfere with your session.

You will lie underneath the blankets on the massage therapy table (you choose face up or face down).  I will enter the therapy room based on your approval and begin the session.

During the therapy session, if you feel uncomfortable or in unbearable pain please speak up so that you receive the work that is appropriate for your body. 

With soft music, dim lighting, and a trickling fountain you will be on your way to a world of relaxation.
